Description We are looking for a Medical Recruiter to join a healthcare organization on a contract-to-permanent basis. In this role, you will lead recruitment efforts from initial intake through the offer stage, helping the team attract talent with relevant experience in a fast-paced environment. This position is ideal for someone who combines strong sourcing ability with excellent follow-through, data accuracy, and a positive candidate experience.

Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned openings, from intake discussions and posting strategy through interviews, selection, and offer coordination.

Build candidate pipelines using online job platforms, networking channels, employee referrals, and direct outreach methods.

Keep applicant records current within the tracking system while monitoring recruiting activity, progress, and performance metrics.

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, align on candidate profiles, and move searches forward efficiently.

Represent the organization at recruitment initiatives and outreach events that strengthen employer visibility and support talent attraction.

Apply established recruitment guidelines and internal procedures throughout the recruitment process to maintain consistency and compliance.

Manage multiple requisitions at once while prioritizing urgent needs and maintaining clear communication with candidates and stakeholders. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a closely related hiring function.

Background in full-cycle recruiting with the ability to manage requisitions from sourcing through offer stage.

Healthcare recruiting experience is preferred.

Strong skill in candidate sourcing, including the use of job boards, networking platforms, and referral channels.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with solid organization and time-management abilities.

Experience working with applicant tracking systems and maintaining accurate recruitment data.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Ability to support high-volume recruiting activity while maintaining attention to detail and a positive candidate experience. TalentMatch
