Customer Service Associate opportunity available with a growing local retail organization in Germantown, TN, with additional location opportunities in Lakeland and Millington. Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers, build rapport, and deliver an excellent customer service experience at the retail location.
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure service standards are met and customer relationships are strengthened.
- Promote and upsell products and services to help increase overall sales and profitability.
- Support community connection efforts by representing the location in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain attention to detail while working efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to support a positive, customer-focused store atmosphere.

Compensation and Benefits

- Pay: $16 per hour.
- Direct hire opportunity.
