What We Offer

  • Competitive pay: $17$18+/hour

  • Day shifts: 7:00 AM7:00 PM

  • Overnight shifts: 7:00 PM7:00 AM

  • Weekend shifts available and needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide compassionate, one-on-one care based on each client's needs and care plan.

  • Assist with daily living activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence.

  • Communicate professionally with clients, families, and the office team.

  • Respond promptly to scheduling calls and messages.

  • Arrive on time, follow through on shift commitments, and report schedule conflicts as early as possible.

  • Report changes in client condition or safety concerns promptly.

Qualifications

  • Previous caregiving experience preferred; CNA certification is a plus.

  • Childcare experience may be considered for candidates who demonstrate the ability to provide safe, compassionate care.

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and required auto insurance.

  • Strong communication, dependability, and a professional attitude.

  • Ability to meet the essential duties of the position, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.

  • Willingness to complete required onboarding, training, and background screening.
