Emergency Medicine Physician Requirements

• Ability to work effectively in an on-site emergency medicine environment

Emergency Medicine Physician Responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with a broad range of emergent and urgent medical conditions
• Develop and implement appropriate treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical findings
• Perform emergency procedures and coordinate consultations or patient transfers when appropriate
• Document patient assessments, diagnoses, treatments, and dispositions accurately
• Collaborate with nurses, advanced practice providers, specialists, and other members of the emergency care team
• Provide compassionate, timely, and high-quality emergency medical care to patients and families
