We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as a Residential Heating and Air Conditioning Installer to join our team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for installing complete HVAC systems in residential properties, ensuring each installation meets quality standards and customer expectations. You'll work with ductwork, refrigeration systems, and various heating and cooling equipment to deliver comfortable, energy-efficient solutions for homeowners. This position requires someone who takes pride in precise workmanship and can handle the physical demands of the job.

Install complete residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, and thermostats according to manufacturer specifications and local building codes Perform system start-ups, testing, and quality checks to ensure proper operation and efficiency of newly installed equipment Communicate with homeowners about installation processes, system operation, and maintenance requirements while maintaining a clean and safe work environment

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to operate company vehicles safely Physical ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 75 lbs), work in confined spaces, and perform installations in various weather conditions Strong problem-solving abilities and willingness to work flexible hours including occasional evenings and weekends as needed
