Are you experienced in credit, collections, customer account management, or billing support?
We're seeking a detail-oriented Credit Support Representative II to join a busy and growing team in Midland, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong analytical skills, collections experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office who enjoys working in a fast-paced office environment.



What You'll Do:

Review customer credit applications and evaluate creditworthiness

Access and analyze credit reports

Verify references and maintain accurate customer credit records

Process payments and assist with account maintenance

Perform collection calls and account follow-up activities

Create and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and documentation

Assist with lien release processing and month-end reporting

Manage customer portals
Perform invoice verification and data entry tasks

Provide customer service and support regarding credit-related inquiries

Assist with general office and administrative duties


What We're Looking For:


3-5 years of experience in credit, collections, accounts receivable, billing, or related fields

Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel

Basic bookkeeping or accounting knowledge

Knowledge of consumer credit and collection regulations

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

Ability to analyze information and make sound business decisions
