Robert Half Legal is partnering with a highly regarded litigation boutique seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to support a sophisticated commercial litigation practice. This is an excellent contract-to-permanent hire opportunity for a litigation professional who thrives in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and takes pride in producing exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file pleadings, motions, briefs, notices, and exhibits in federal and state courts

• Manage litigation calendars and monitor deadlines

• Format, proofread, and finalize complex legal documents

• Prepare tables of contents, tables of authorities, and appendices

• Coordinate hearings, depositions, trials, filings, and service

• Maintain organized electronic case files

• Provide day-to-day support to attorneys handling high-stakes litigation matters

Requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Significant experience supporting attorneys in a litigation practice

• Advanced federal CM/ECF filing experience

• Exceptional proofreading and document review skills

• Advanced Microsoft Word skills, including styles, TOCs/TOAs, cross-references, section breaks, track changes, and document troubleshooting

• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines

Preferred:

• Law firm experience supporting complex commercial litigation matters
