We are seeking a detail-oriented Lockbox Processing Associate for a contract opportunity in a secure banking and consumer lending operations environment in Lewisville, TX. As a Lockbox Processing Associate, you will help prepare mailed payments and documents for digitization, operate scanning equipment, validate information, and support accurate receivables processing. This opportunity offers hands-on training, clear procedures, supportive leadership, and the chance to build valuable administrative and banking operations experience within a highly professional team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Extract payments and documents from mailed envelopes and prepare materials for digitization.
- Enter, validate, and reconcile data in internal systems with a high level of accuracy.
- Operate high-volume document scanning equipment and verify image quality.
- Review electronic reports against paper documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Identify routine processing issues and escalate non-routine matters to management.
- Maintain confidentiality, productivity, quality, and compliance standards in a secure production environment.
