We're looking for someone with 2-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Your strong customer service skills will be key as you interact with clients to diagnose issues and explain solutions. A solid understanding of refrigeration systems and electrical troubleshooting will help you excel in this hands-on position.

Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ventilation equipment using appropriate tools and testing devices Perform routine maintenance and preventative service on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance and extend equipment lifespan Communicate effectively with customers to explain system issues, recommend solutions, and provide cost estimates for repairs or replacements

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel to multiple job sites daily Strong problem-solving abilities and capacity to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical audiences
