We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as a Field Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining and servicing equipment at customer sites, ensuring optimal performance and customer satisfaction. You'll travel to various locations, diagnose technical issues, and perform repairs while delivering exceptional service. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, excellent customer interaction skills, and the ability to work independently in the field.
Travel to customer sites to diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment while ensuring minimal downtime Perform preventive maintenance inspections and document service activities accurately Communicate effectively with customers to explain technical issues and provide solutions in a clear, professional manner
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and ability to travel locally or regionally as needed Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure
