Responsibilities

Patrol and monitor U.S. borders to detect and prevent illegal entry of persons and contraband Respond to sensor activations, investigate suspicious activity, and apprehend individuals violating immigration laws Prepare detailed reports and maintain accurate records of incidents and apprehensions

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. citizen and under the age of 40 at the time of appointment (with some exceptions for veterans) Must possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a thorough background investigation, medical exam, and drug screening Must be willing to relocate to an assigned duty station along the U.S. border
