  • Work closely with project managers to verify billing information and resolve discrepancies.

  • Maintain billing schedules and ensure invoices are submitted according to contractual deadlines.

  • Follow up on outstanding invoices and assist with collections efforts.

  • Reconcile project billings and investigate payment issues.

  • Support month-end close activities and prepare billing-related reports.

  • Maintain accurate project records and documentation.

  • Assist with process improvements to increase billing efficiency and accuracy.

Why Join Us?

  • Be a key contributor to the financial success of major construction projects.

  • Work closely with operations, project management, and accounting teams.

  • Gain exposure to project accounting and construction finance.

  • Opportunity to make an immediate impact on cash flow and project performance.

  • Join a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and development.

Ideal Candidate

A proactive professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment and enjoys balancing financial accuracy with project coordination. You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects while ensuring billing deadlines are met.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Excellent communication and follow-up abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.

  • Experience supporting collections and cash application processes.

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field preferred.

Key Traits for Success

  • Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

  • Ability to work effectively with project managers and operations teams.
