Shad and his team at Robert Half is working with a privately held client with a significant PE commitment is looking for a Senior Financial Systems Manager that is well versed in NetSuite. This client in the infrastructure space is well position for growth. This company has a Dynamic and supportive leadership team built for sustainable growth for this candidate.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary administrator for NetSuite and other financial systems, managing system configurations, user access, chart of accounts changes, and accounting-ledger maintenance.

  • Partner with Accounting, Operations, and IT teams to gather business requirements, enhance workflows, and implement system improvements that drive process efficiency and automation.

  • Lead and support financial system integration projects, including project planning, testing, documentation, issue resolution, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful delivery.

  • Develop and maintain process documentation, internal controls, and system governance practices while identifying opportunities to improve reporting, compliance, and operational effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field; advanced degree or project management certification is a plus.

  • 8+ years of experience supporting financial systems, ERP implementations, system integrations, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Hands-on NetSuite experience required, with a strong understanding of accounting processes, financial controls, and ERP functionality.

  • Proven project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements

Hands-on experience managing or supporting NetSuite in a finance or accounting environment.

Strong understanding of financial syystems, reporting structures, and core accounting processes.

Ability to evaluate business needs and convert them into effective system solutions and process improvements.

Experience maintaining data accuracy, internal controls, and reliable system documentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of attention to detail.

Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across finance, operations, and technical teams.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance or Information Systems.
