Job Summary
Join our Selling Partner Trust - Agentic Ops Tech team in building next generations of global compliance product through the integration of software engineering fundamentals and latest generative AI technologies. You will work with an international team of product managers and stakeholders, tackling complex software architecture design challenges and building highly scalable AI-first to create safer, more intelligent marketplace experiences for both sellers and customers.
Key Focus Areas:
Developing AI-powered systems for automated product safety assessment and compliance verification
Building intelligent catalog management solutions using natural language processing and computer vision
Creating generative AI tools to enhance seller safety and compliance processes
Designing scalable architectures that combine traditional services with AI/ML capabilities
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with distributed systems
Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and generative AI technologies (e.g., transformers, LLMs)
Experience with AI model deployment, optimization, and monitoring in production environments
Ability to tackle complex problems through data-driven experimentation

Troubleshoot and support what you build, and work in an agile environment to deliver high-quality software.
