Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team of caregivers in the Rowlett area, working 18 hours a week. As a Caregiver with SYNERGY HomeCare of Allen, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of seniors and individuals with disabilities, providing non-medical care and support in their homes.
Responsibilities:
Able to lift bed bound client
Provide personal care and daily living assistance, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Assists with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Encourages and facilitates socialization and community integration
Supports medication management and appointment scheduling
Maintains a safe and healthy environment for clients
Communicates with family members and healthcare professionals as needed
Demonstrates a commitment to providing high-quality, compassionate care
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
1 years of experience in the caregiving industry (training provided)
Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed
Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
