The primary purpose of this position is to serve as Deputy Chief, Manpower, Organization, and Resources Division in the Directorate of Manpower, Personnel, and Services at a major command, sharing with the Division Chief the full scope of responsibility for directing activities of the Division and, in the chief's absence, possesses the same authority and prerogatives.
