Job Summary
- Lead and engage cross-functional teams in deploying our company-wide initiative: Operational Excellence (OE).
- Develop transformational plans and management approaches that align with OE objectives and strategies, supporting implementation across the organization.
- Drive change activities by support current state diagnostics, engaging the team in designing and developing improvement plans, creating and delivering training materials, and coaching teams to ensure knowledge transfer and adherence to standards.
- Conduct diagnostic and analytical activities to help teams assess current realities and develop solutions through knowledge sharing and skill-building.
- Design solutions with key stakeholders, facilitating improvements using Lean manufacturing principles.
- Support local teams in implementing tactical improvement plans and enhancing their understanding of continuous improvement.
- Provide localized training and coaching on Lean tools and enablers to promote value-added processes.
- Apply Lean concepts creatively and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills while teaching structured problem-solving techniques.
- Influence decisions that impact change management and employee engagement with the OE system. A collaborative leadership style is essential to uphold the integrity of OE and support overall business performance.
