Description

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Data Entry Specialist for a specialized project in their Spring office. This position is fully onsite and is ideal for someone with strong data entry skills, experience working in NetSuite, and the ability to handle invoice-related information with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter invoices and related data into NetSuite

• Review invoices for completeness, accuracy, and proper system entry

• Verify vendor information, invoice numbers, dates, quantities, and pricing

• Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information

• Maintain accurate and organized electronic records

• Assist with invoice tracking and follow-up as needed

• Provide general data entry and administrative support

• Handle financial information with a high degree of confidentiality and attention to detail

Requirements

Qualifications

• Previous experience in data entry required

• Experience using NetSuite highly preferred

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Ability to review and verify financial documents efficiently

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Ability to identify discrepancies and follow through on resolution

• Proficiency with general administrative tasks and electronic recordkeeping

• High level of discretion when handling sensitive financial information
