HVAC Service Tech (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Service Technician)Martin Mechanical

We're looking for someone with 3-5 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of HVAC and refrigeration systems for residential and/or commercial clients. You'll work directly with customers, so strong communication and problem-solving skills are a must. Diagnose, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on a variety of HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment Communicate effectively with customers to explain issues, recommend solutions, and ensure a positive service experience Maintain accurate service records, complete work orders, and ensure all work meets safety and code compliance standards

Valid EPA 608 Certification required for handling refrigerants Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record, as travel to job sites is required Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, including confined spaces, extreme temperatures, and at heights on ladders or rooftops
