Infection Control RN ExSteward Healthcare

Collects, monitors, and analyzes information. Coordinates infection prevention for treatment and control programs. Serves as liaison with local and federal health departments in reporting infectious diseases. Responsible for the Joint Commission Standards and Infection Control Task Force. Other duties as assigned. Education/Skills: Baccalaureatedegree preferred. Excellent keyboard and computer skills with appropriate applications. Licensure: Current Texas or compact state RN license. Experience: A minimum of five years experience in various clinical specialties and age groups. Additional requirements: Membership in the Association of Infection Control within three months of entry into the position. Infection Control Certifications preferred .
