Job Summary and Qualifications

AsaMRI Technologist youwillperform,anddemonstrateyourprofessional knowledge to provide care for our patients served in the Imaging department. • Under the direction of a physician, you willperformMRI(magnetic resonance imaging) examination to patients of all ages under the direction of a physician using advanced technical knowledge.

• You will be expected to perform all responsibilities withminimal supervision, and thelatitude for independent judgment,ingenuityand initiative.

• You willbe responsible foradvanced knowledge of the complexities of MRI equipment,examinationsand working with students, staff teaching MRI technology.

• You willbe responsible forthe assessment; treatment/care for all patients, which includes ability to interpret information in terms of the patients needs and understanding of the range of treatment needed.

What qualifications you will need:

• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• (ARRT-MR) Magnetic Resonance Imaging
• Associate Degree
• Vocational School Graduate
