About Our Facilities Management Team: Our Facilities Management department is continuously growing and seeking talented professionals to maintain and optimize our hospital and clinical environments. We regularly hire across multiple roles including Maintenance Engineers, Building Systems Operators, and Refrigeration & AC Mechanics.

Key Responsibilities Across Roles:

• Performs general maintenance engineer duties across acute care and clinical facilities.
• Executes mechanical, HVAC, refrigeration, pneumatic tube, emergency generator, and building system inspections and repairs.
• Performs minor non-licensed electrical and plumbing repairs (faucets, valves, outlets, lighting, ballasts).
• Maintains fire walls, smoke compartments, sprinkler/riser systems, and shutoff procedures.
• Completes repairs on fans, mixing boxes, dampers, cooling towers, air handlers, VAV boxes, coil cleaning, compressors, and vacuum pumps.
• Participates in required after-hours on-call rotation schedules as assigned.
