Job Summary

Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk. The ideal candidate is dependable, focused, and comfortable performing repetitive work while maintaining consistent quality throughout the assignment.

Responsibilities:

  • Enter, verify, and update information into company databases and software systems

  • Review documents for accuracy and completeness

  • Process forms, reports, and other business documents

  • Scan, upload, and organize records as needed

  • Generate routine reports and spreadsheets

Requirements

  • 1+ years of data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience preferred

  • Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
