A growing staffing and employment services team is seeking a motivated Staffing Consultant for a direct hire opportunity in Sandy, UT. Key Responsibilities

- Develop new client accounts through outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and consistent business development activity.
- Meet with hiring managers and decision-makers to understand staffing needs and recommend tailored workforce solutions.
- Negotiate placement terms, rates, and service agreements while maintaining strong margins and client satisfaction.
- Recruit, screen, and match qualified candidates to client job openings.
- Manage active client relationships to encourage repeat business, referrals, and long-term account growth.
- Maintain a high level of activity, follow-up, and pipeline management to achieve sales and placement goals.
