Mission System Specialist (JSE-NGTS Developer)-JourneymanAMEWAS

Must-haves:

·         Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Aviation, Military Science or a STEM related discipline

·         3 years of relevant work experience

·         3 years of experience supporting JSE, NGTS or comparable modeling and simulation programs

·         Experience developing military threat scenarios supporting operational test and training environments

·         Experience supporting verification and validation (V&V), operational testing, system integration and distributed simulation

·         Strong understanding of military aviation operations, tactical employment, threat systems and mission planning

·         Experience supporting Live, Virtual and Constructive (LVC) simulation environments

·         The ability to troubleshoot software, simulation and network-related issues

·         Experience using Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, SPORK or similar collaboration tools

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·         Minimum clearance required to apply (candidates who do not currently hold the required clearance will not be considered): N/A

·         Additional Accesses: The ability to obtain and maintain the DoD security clearance eligibility and/or additional security access requirements necessary to perform the duties of the position, as required by the contract
