We're looking for someone with 4-7 years of experience as a Retail Sales Merchandiser who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring products are displayed effectively and strategically to drive sales and maximize visibility. You'll work closely with store teams to execute merchandising plans, set up displays, and maintain product placement standards. Ensure products are displayed according to planograms and merchandising standards to maximize visibility and sales Monitor and manage inventory levels, restocking shelves and coordinating with store teams to address any gaps Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff to support product placement and promotional execution
Ability to travel to multiple retail locations within an assigned territory on a regular basis Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods during store visits Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple store accounts
