Our client is seeking a skilled Litigation Paralegal for a direct hire opportunity in Norfolk, VA. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented legal professional who enjoys supporting attorneys through all phases of civil litigation and managing active case files from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist attorneys through all phases of litigation, including case preparation, discovery, motion practice, trial preparation, and post-trial matters.
- Draft, review, format, and file pleadings, motions, discovery requests, discovery responses, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Manage litigation case files, calendars, deadlines, and court requirements to ensure timely and accurate compliance with applicable rules.
- Coordinate subpoenas, document production, records requests, exhibits, and trial materials.
- Communicate professionally with clients, courts, opposing counsel, vendors, and internal team members.
- Support attorneys with case organization, factual research, document review, and preparation for hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials.
