Description

We are seeking a friendly, service-oriented Membership Representative to support member engagement, enrollment, and retention efforts. This role serves as a primary point of contact for prospective and existing members, answering questions, resolving issues, processing account updates, and promoting membership benefits and services. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

Respond to member and prospective member inquiries by phone, email, and in person

Process new memberships, renewals, cancellations, and account changes

Explain membership plans, benefits, policies, and program offerings

Resolve member concerns in a timely and professional manner

Maintain accurate member records and update database systems

Support outreach, retention, and satisfaction initiatives

Assist with reporting, administrative tasks, and special projects

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a positive member experience

Requirements

• 1+ years of strong customer service experience, preferably in a call center or membership-related environment

• Positive, professional personality with a customer-focused approach

• Ability to effectively multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Strong client communication and interpersonal skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

• Strong technical skills, including accurate and efficient data entry

• Experience using CRM systems
