About the Role
As a Home Care Aide, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our clients in their homes. You will assist with daily living activities, personal care, and light housekeeping, while promoting independence, dignity, and overall well-being. Your compassion, empathy, and attention to detail will make a positive impact on the lives of our clients and their families.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
Provide personal care services, including toileting and incontinence care
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and management of medications
Promote independence and safety in the home environment
Observe and report changes in client condition to the client care supervisor
Maintain accurate records of client care and services provided
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Physical ability to lift, transfer, and move clients
Ability to work autonomously and make sound judgments
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
