Commercial Interior DesignerI-5 Design Build, Inc.

We're looking for an experienced Interior Designer with expertise in Gaming & Hospitality and/or high-end retail and F&B projects to join our team. In this role, you'll work with our in-house design-build team to specify materials and finishes for high end gaming and hospitality projects as well as assist with creation and preparation of design concepts and renderings. You'll leverage your technical expertise in design software and space planning to create innovative solutions that balance creativity with practical considerations. This position offers the opportunity to work with an excellent team on the design and implementation of diverse, visually impactful projects throughout the country. 

• Design & Collaboration: Work closely with our Design and Architectural teams to develop exceptional interiors

• Material Sourcing & Specifying: Curate and organize innovative materials, finishes, and textures for seamless project execution

  • Apply current industry expertise to specify materials, fixtures, and furniture based on conceptual criteria from the project design lead

• Presentation Excellence: Create highly professional sales presentations in digital and printed formats, using InDesign, Canva, or similar programs that include interactive designs, video content and layered diagrams illustrating project phases to bring concepts to life

• Project Execution: Develop detailed material schedules and boards to guide teams and streamline decision-making

•  Experience: 5+ years as an Interior Designer, ideally in Gaming, Hospitality, or Food & Beverage spaces

• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SketchUp, Photoshop, and InDesign/Canva

• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of the hospitality/retail design process to keep projects on track

• Portfolio: A showcase of your creativity, precision, and past work

Compensation

• $140,000 to $155,000 (depending on experience) 

• Performance bonuses based on strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive impact on projects
