Robert Half is seeking experienced Payroll Specialists for contract opportunities with clients in Marysville, WA. Our clients in the local area frequently seek experienced Payroll Specialists to support payroll processing, certified payroll reporting, compliance tracking, and employee record maintenance. Experience with LCPtracker and certified payroll is required. Key Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and on schedule for hourly and salaried employees

• Prepare and submit certified payroll reports in compliance with applicable requirements

• Use LCPtracker to manage payroll reporting and compliance documentation

• Maintain and update employee payroll records and audit supporting data

• Review payroll information for accuracy and resolve discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations

• Respond to payroll-related questions and assist with reporting requests

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of payroll processing experience

• Certified payroll experience required

• Experience using LCPtracker required

• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and reporting requirements

• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
