Lake Wenatchee YMCA Camp Executive Director at Wenatchee Valley YMCAYMCA of the USA

This position serves as a key leader in the work of the YMCA, a nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living, and social responsibility. Under the direction of the Senior Director, the Lake Wenatchee YMCA Director provides strategic oversight and operational leadership for all Lake Wenatchee YMCA operations.

Responsibilities include the development and management of site operations, year-round facility rentals, residential camp programs, staffing, budgets, marketing, and philanthropic initiatives. This role ensures high-quality, safe, and mission-aligned experiences while supporting the long-term sustainability and stewardship of the Lake Wenatchee YMCA property and programs.

The Director works collaboratively with YMCA leadership, community partners, and volunteers to expand program reach, strengthen relationships, and advance the YMCA’s mission.
