This position supports the work of the Y, a leading nonprofit committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. Reporting to the Executive Team, the Director plays a key leadership role, overseeing membership operations, the fitness center, healthy living programs, and group exercise offerings. This position ensures that members receive a high-quality, mission-driven experience that fosters engagement, satisfaction, and retention. This role is responsible for staff leadership, program development, financial performance, and continuous improvement.
