Zwei Inc. is seeking a motivated Technical Service Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys learning how products work, solving customer problems, and explaining technical concepts in a clear, concise, and friendly, way. Industry-specific experience is not required; we will train the right candidate! We value curiosity, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude.

This position serves as a key point of contact for incoming customers through responding to inquiries, providing technical guidance, and helping customers identify the best solutions for their needs. If you enjoy problem-solving, attention to detail, and a bit of investigative work, this role could be a great fit!

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and incoming channels

• Provide technical product information and application guidance

• Assist customers in selecting appropriate products or solutions

• Accurately document customer interactions and solutions offered

• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues

• Maintain product knowledge through training and self-directed learning

• Support sales efforts through consultative, solution-oriented customer service

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities

• Willingness to learn technical concepts and product applications

• Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Prior inside sales or technical (mechanical or pneumatic) support experience preferred, but not required

Zwei is a 3rd generation, family owned and operated business. Our company history dates over 50 years to where we began in California’s San Joaquin valley. During the early days our focus was retail sales and service for every type of fluid power component. Expansion led to the opening of branch stores in Nevada. In the spring of 1995 Zwei transitioned from a general retail focus to wholesale gear pump distribution. A family relocation to North Central Washington and the establishment on our new company followed, and we currently headquarter our business in Wenatchee, WA.

• Hourly pay range: $30.00-$33.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications
