- In these classes, you will learn to:
- Follow game procedures when dealing Blackjack and other novelty/carnival games.
- Provide prompt, courteous and accurate dealing at assigned table(s).
- Adhere to all West Virginia Gaming Commission, internal controls, and all other company and departmental policies and procedures as it relates to this position.
- Perform accurate chip and cash transactions.
- Maintain a smooth and efficient game pace.
- Receive wagers from customers and pays the appropriate game outcomes which are won by customers.
- Maintain game security and protects company assets at all times.
- Inform management of any irregular play; when a mistake is made; or, if a dispute arises.
- Assist customers in understanding the rules and ensures adherence to established policies and procedures.
- Enthusiastically supports, actively promotes and demonstrates superior customer service in accordance with department and company standards and programs.
- Ensure behavior and appearance are in compliance with established standards.
- Maintain a professional work environment with management and staff.
- Maintain complete confidentiality of all company information at all times.
- Participate in meetings and training as required.
- Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner and reports safety hazards immediately.
- Perform other duties as may be assigned by department and/or company management.Our next class starts Tuesday 10/27 from 6:30p - 10:30p. Lasts 6 weeks.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
