Job Summary
- Prepares, season, and mix, grab & go salads/sandwiches/etc., compound salads, fruit/veggie displays, other foodstuffs for consumption in dining areas at Hollywood Casino at Charles Town Races by performing the following duties.
- Slices meats/cheeses/vegetables/fruits, portions food to fill orders.
- Fills commissary orders to outlets.
- Adds seasoning to foods during mixing or cooking/mixing.
- Observes and tests foods being cooked by tasting, smelling, and piercing with fork to determine that it is cooked.
- Slices meats/cheeses/vegetables/fruits, portions food to fill orders.
- Washes, peels, cuts, and shreds vegetables and fruits to prepare them for use.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- This job has no supervisory responsibilities
