Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Home Health for a contract assignment in Kingwood, WV. This role focuses on providing skilled nursing care in patients homes, completing OASIS assessments, managing medications and treatments, and supporting patients throughout their recovery.

Job Details

• Location: Kingwood, WV

• Pay: $60 to $62/hr

• Contract: November 2026 February 2027

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM

• Coverage Area: Preston, Taylor, and Barbour Counties, WV

• On-Call/Weekend: Every other weekend and 34 weeknights

• Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits

• Dress Code: Any scrub color

Responsibilities

       Complete comprehensive nursing assessments, including Start of Care (SOC), recertifications, resumption of care, and routine visits.

       Provide skilled nursing care, including wound care, catheter care, PICC line management, and injections.

       Administer IV medications and treatments as ordered.

       Provide medication management and education to patients and caregivers.

       Educate patients and families on disease processes, symptom management, and treatment plans.

       Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to physicians and the healthcare team.

       Maintain accurate clinical documentation and complete OASIS assessments.

       Travel between patient homes throughout the assigned coverage area.

Requirements

       Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.

       Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

       Previous home health nursing experience.

       Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) electronic medical records.

       Experience completing OASIS assessments.

       Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.

       Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

       Availability for the required on-call and weekend rotation.

Pay Details: $60.00 to $62.00 per hour
