What Youll Do

* Support salon leadership with daily operations and team coordination

* Coach and develop stylists to deliver a consistent MVP client experience

* Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards

* Provide high-quality mens haircuts and grooming services

* Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture

What Were Looking For

* Active WISCONSIN Cosmetology or BarberLicense

* Experience as a hair stylist or barber (mens cutting preferred)

* Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)

* Passion for customer service and team development

* Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
