Interim Health Services Director/Director of Assisted Living Job Details:

• Pay Rate:Starting at $64/hour
• Shift:Day Shift for optimal work-life balance
• Schedule:Full-Time, Monday - Friday
• Contract Length:4-13-week assignments with immediate start dates available and temp-to-perm options
• Responsibilities:Implement interim service plans and train staff as residents care needs change; oversee compliance and QA audits; support daily clinical operations, including incident tracking, documentation, record keeping, and departmental audits; hire, train, and supervise health services staff; and assist with scheduling, on-call coverage, and budget management.

Interim Health Services Director/Director of Assisted Living Job Qualifications:

• Active RN license in WI
• 3+ years of leadership experience as a nursing leader in an assisted living or long-term care setting
• Strong knowledge of WI state-specific compliance standards and regulations
• Ability to adapt quickly and lead during organizational change
• Demonstrated ability to delegate appropriately, identify problems promptly, develop effective solutions, and ensure their implementation.
