Our Sport Clips store in Waunakeeis opening soon! We are looking for an experienced Manager & Assistant Managers to join our fun and family-oriented team. As part of the management team, you have the opportunity to help build a strong team that will provide excellent customer service and foster a culture focused on achieving excellent salon results.

The managers core responsibilities will include motivating and managing the team to deliver excellent results, providing a championship haircut experience for their clients, and leading stylists to reach their highest potential.

Our managers typically average $21-35per hourincluding base pay, tips, and commission. The management teamis also eligible for generous bonuses based on store performance.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

* A valid WIcosmetology or barber license
* Ability to work a flexible schedule
* Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
