This role is responsible for understanding business needs from an end-user perspective, translating those needs into clear, actionable requirements, and ensuring solutions are effectively designed, tested, and delivered in an agile environment. The Business Analyst serves as a liaison between business and IT, supporting both project-based initiatives and ongoing operational needs, with a strong focus on process efficiency, system effectiveness, and regulatory compliance within MPL insurance products.
