We're looking for someone with 5-7 years of experience as a Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for executing strategic product placement and display initiatives that drive sales and enhance the customer shopping experience. You'll work hands-on with various merchandising tools and fixtures while ensuring brand standards are consistently maintained across retail locations. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can transform merchandising plans into compelling in-store presentations.
Execute merchandising strategies using clip strips, J-hooks, and impulse merchandising techniques to maximize product visibility and sales opportunities Implement and maintain plan-o-grams with precision, ensuring all products are properly placed according to company standards and seasonal requirements Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising effectiveness, make necessary adjustments, and ensure displays remain fresh and fully stocked
Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple store locations and tight deadlines Strong physical stamina and ability to lift merchandise, climb ladders, and stand for extended periods throughout the workday Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to various retail locations within assigned territory
