Chief Estimator Job Description: The Chief Estimator will plan and implement delivery of new business initiatives and preconstruction services relative to a particular client, group of clients, geographical area, or type of project. They will plan and monitor overall strategic direction for projects as well as target, develop and maintain customer and design team relationships. Business Development: Develop conceptual estimates, submit proposals.
