Description Warehouse Material Handler Program Overview The Naval Array Technical Support Center (NATSC) is a U.S. Navy facility operated by Leidos. Leidos' Defense Group is seeking a Warehouse Material Handler to support logistics operations at the Naval Array Technical Support Center (NATSC) in Newport, Rhode Island. Primary Responsibilities Load and unload vehicles and transport materials safely throughout the facility. Receive, inspect, issue, and store materials in accordance with established procedures. Maintain accurate inventory records using both electronic and paper-based systems. Perform daily inventory audits and cycle counts. Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and powered material handling equipment. Package and prepare materials for shipment. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment. Follow all safety, quality, and security procedures. Basic Qualifications High school diploma or GED. U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance. An Interim Secret clearance is required to begin employment. Demonstrated willingness to learn, accept training, and follow established procedures. Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail. Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are dependable and eager to learn. Basic computer skills and familiarity with standard office equipment.
