Description Leidos is hiring licensed behavioral health professionals to join our Military and Family Life Counselor (MFLC) Child and Youth Behavioral team to support Joint Base Lewis McChord. This is a 9 month school calendar position that will reflect the school calendar that you would support. This posting is for a future assignment - not for an active opening at this time. Non-medical counseling is preventive in nature and aims to address and provide solution focused approaches to issues before they become greater challenges. Military children face unique emotional and environmental challenges due to the stress of military life. This is an opportunity for you to reach them where and when you are most needed. CYB-MFLC responsibilities include: Work at school(s) that are populated by military youth and teens. Visually observe, participate, and engage in activities with youth and/or teens; provide coaching, guidance, and support to staff and parents; and model behavior management techniques for staff and parents. Offer presentations to address social skills development and social emotional learning that is crucial for youth and teenage development. Promote creativity and positivity through approved materials. Build rapport with parents and families by attending installation and community events. Help with transition adjustments, such as a new school and a new home. Participate in regular in-service training or other contract activities as assigned. Communicate information regarding trends and issues at assigned installation to Team Leads. Within the scope of the MFLC program, a counselor may hold any independent and clinical license recognized by the Secretary of Defense as an appropriate license for the provision of non-medical counseling services. Minimum Requirements: A master’s degree or higher in the Behavioral Health Professions (MS/MSW/MA/PhD). The candidate must hold a valid independent license in the mental health field from any US state or territory (LCSW, MHC, MFT, LPCC, Psychologist). Must be a U.S. citizen. Description The National Airspace Systems Integration Support (NISC) program at Leidos is seeking an individual with Project Scheduling and Analytical experience to support the FAA as a Corporate Work Plan (CWP), Primavera P6, and Data Analytics expert. Primary Responsibilities As a Production Planner, your primary responsibilities include: Leading the Production Control and Planning Team in support of multiple complex contracts, production efforts, and Research and Development Programs. Coordinating directly with engineering, configuration management and procurement to ensure accurate, timely scheduling of material and work order flow to meet customer delivery requirements . Working directly with quality control, inventory management, manufacturing engineering and material planners to ensure a harmonious and synchronized operational flow . Establishing standard work procedures consistent with standard manufacturing methodologies. Developing your team and assisting them in effective production planning and control. Innovating with the team to solve production control challenges and improve process . Using the Manufacturing Requirements Planning tool to drive purchasing, orchestrate kitting, and push Work Orders to the production floor . Gathering and delivering necessary documentation to inform procurement to expedite purchasing . Resolving impediments to achieving aggressive delivery constraints. Managing the Project Assistant Group. Reviewing purchase card packages and supporting procurement issues from the group. Basic Qualifications Practical knowledge of Deltek Costpoint MRP or similar system. Background in lean and batch manufacturing practices and environments. Ability to work in a full product lifecycle environment from product development through production transition and beyond. Product development and production planning background with complex electro-mechanical systems. Ability to work productively, collaboratively, and independently. Must work on-site in Lynnwood, not a remote work position. Current Secret security clearance or the ability to obtain one. US Citizenship required. Preferred Qualifications 5+ years of experience managing multiple direct reports including remote and hybrid employees. We are seeking a Substation Senior Structural Engineer with 5+ years of experience within the utility industry working directly for a utility or consulting company, doing design engineering and reviews. The candidate must have a strong educational background in design of steel structures, concrete structures, geotechnical engineering, and foundations. Experience reviewing substation structure design, rigid bus design, foundation design, oil spill containment design, retaining walls, concrete and masonry control shelters, and fire-walls is required. This position will consist of performing design reviews of the aforementioned civil/structural design components in support of the development of bid/construction packages for substation projects. Candidate will primarily function as a senior engineer leading projects, performing design reviews, as well as developing junior staff members. Experience with design and review for structures and foundations to industry codes and standards under seismic loading conditions is preferred. Site-visits to client substation facilities are expected to be part of the work, along with occasional travel for client meetings and industry-related events. Candidate must comply with quality control and safe work practices and maintain compliance with project scope, schedule and budget expectations. This position will be a senior member of a design team comprised of engineers, designers, and drafting technicians.
