As a Warehouse Agent you will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with warehousing and distribution including picking, packing, shipping, receiving, labeling, loading/unloading, and inventory control.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receives, sorts, and segregates incoming shipments for warehouse / distribution facilities
- Loads and unloads shipments on to or off of pallets, trays, racks, and shelves by hand
- Sorts and processes outgoing shipments according to established procedures and regulations
- Load shipments into vehicles and uses hand tools to install strapping, bracing, and padding
- Prepares and updates information in computerized systems such as logs, packing lists, pick tickets, invoices, inventories, transfer/delivery tickets, orders / receipts etc.
- Maintains inventory records of customer shipments and performs audits to ensure integrity and security of freight
- May perform routine vehicle, equipment, and warehouse maintenance
- May operate forklift, hand jacks, and other vehicles and equipment
Skills / Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of scanning freight in/out of the warehouse
- Detail oriented and strong follow-up skills
- Able to walk/stand/kneel for long periods of time and lift 40-50 pounds occasionally
- Fork lift experience (stand up is preferred)
- Warehouse management systems (WMS) experience is preferred
- Warehouse and / or Freight Forwarding industry experience strongly preferred
Pay Range: $23.36 - $31.14/hr. (Based on Experience)

We’re excited to share an opportunity for a Director, International Customs Operations based at our Columbia, SC facility. This leadership role will oversee our customs brokerage entry processing teams, guiding the operation through multiple layers of management and supervision.
The Director will be responsible for Station P&L, Workflow management, team performance, strategic planning, KPI achievement, productivity, coaching, and evaluation. Additionally, this role carries full accountability for the facility’s operational success and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, delegate, and plan daily operations for the team to ensure efficient workflow.
- Monitor shipment status within Entry Processing and Records, identify issues, and ensure timely resolution.
- Support Customer Service with incident and exception management.

- Directly manage staffing and processes to meet KPIs, including centralized, offshore, and decentralized vendor teams.
- Achieve budget targets through effective revenue and cost management.
- Collaborate regularly with senior internal stakeholders on high-impact issues requiring cross-functional coordination.

This role drives performance of the team while ensuring quality and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manages, oversees, and performs supervisory tasks to direct and control activities performed to effectively manage the end to end Ocean Freight Export processes
- Serves as the escalation contact for customer’s Ocean Freight Export shipments; responsible for the financial aspects and results; sets, communicates, and drives KPIs to ensure customer satisfaction
- Assumes responsibility for good working practices, safety, and security for customer shipments and staff
- Collaborate with internal customers (Ocean Gateway, Trucking, and, Handling etc.) for seamless customer service and improve process flows; engage with sales to grow business by participating in sales meetings and customer calls
- Review and manage month end reports, review P/L, open Accounts Payables Accounts Receivables; escalates carrier performance issues when required with the US Ocean Freight Product team
- Supervises staff; responsible for hiring, coaching, training, and developing subordinate staff. Assigns work, sets completion dates, reviews work, and manages performance in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and performance management processes
Skills / Requirements:
- BA/BS preferred or minimum of 2 years supervisory experience within the logistics / transportation industry
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal, written, and presentations)
- Comprehensive knowledge of Ocean Freight Export processes
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, & Outlook)
- Demonstrated leadership ability to include driving KPIs, employee engagement / team building. Strong ability to develop, coach, train, and mentor staff to success
- Basic knowledge of Cargo Wise system is preferred
Pay Range: $79,777.50 - $90,000.00+ (Based on Experience)
