Sales & Business Development Manager

About the role

Sales & Business Development Manager leads the long-term growth, identifies new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and strengthens Haleon market position.  

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth. 

  • Own and drive portfolio strategy & implementation with highest standards of execution. 

  • Create, propose, and implement long term channel strategies in line with Haleon ambitious. 

  • Create, lead & coach high performing KAM team. 

  • Drive growth mindset within the wider organization.  

  • Build strong relationship with TOP customers and distributors 

  • Support cross department & cluster cooperation to drive further business opportunities.  

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of sales and/or marketing experience in OTC/FMCG business 

  • Strong Category / Brand development  

  • Leadership experience, minimum 3+ year 

  • Minimum 3+ year in customer management and negotiations 

  • Professional financial acumen 

  • Advanced level of understanding consumer, shopper, expert insights in OTC industries 

  • Fluent in Czech/Slovak and English 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong results orientation and high execution ability 

  • Enterprise mindset, strategic thinking 

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills 

  • Excellent ability to analyze, interpret data and prepare business solutions.
