Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree recommended but not required
Interest in the field of Business
High-volume customer service and sales experience is a plus
Eagerness to undergo comprehensive training
Role and Responsibilities:
As a Sales Management Trainee, you will:
Recruit, develop, motivate, and manage a high-performing team
Foster positive, long-term customer relationships using consultative skills
Provide prompt and courteous customer service to all clients
Act as a manager in the absence of senior leadership
Conduct group training sessions
Handle other duties as assigned
