Fluxx is seeking an Associate Solution Consultant who is excited about technology at a fast-paced venture-backed start-up. This role is a unique combination of sales and product knowledge and will report to our Senior Manager, Solution Consulting, as a part of the Go-To-Market team.

What you will be doing:

  • Configure demo sites for sales demos for prospects
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Assist in issuing pricing, contracts, and statements of work to prospects
  • Aid in the delivery of targeted resources to prospects
  • Requirements gathering in conjunction with the Onboarding team
  • Help grow the Fluxx Solution Center
  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support
  • Learn the technical details concerning how our software works and what problems it solves for our customer
  • Participate in meeting sales goals and quotas as set forth for the Go-To-Market team
  • Successfully match customer pain/requirements to proposed solutions
What you bring to the team:
  • 2 years of experience, preferably at a SaaS company
  • Experience with the Fluxx Grantmaker platform
  • Philanthropic, Government, or Nonprofit experience a plus
  • Previous experience in a start-up environment preferred
  • High level of presentation or public speaking ability
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
  • Intellectually curious and technology / data-savvy
  • Outstanding communication skills with a proven track record of creating solid relationships
  • Experience handling contracts and statements of work
  • Team player with the ability to work independently or partner to deliver timely and effective results
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies

Salary:

The expected annual base salary for this role is $75,000-$78,000. This position is eligible for target-based commissions. The base pay range is subject to change in the future.

The successful candidate's starting salary will be determined based on, but not limited to (a) location; (b) individual candidate skills and qualifications; and (c) individual candidate experience.

Fluxx is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. We take a market-based approach to pay which may vary depending on your location. Locations are categorized into one of three zones based on a cost of labor index for that geographic location and our compensation philosophy.
