Job Summary Create and process quotes across multiple product lines and customers Process incoming purchase orders Maintain CRM (Salesforce) for multiple sales teams Run sales reports using data from Salesforce, Tableau, and other web based programs Research bidding & planning jobs by reading plans and specifications Respond to questions and requests from customers (both internal and external) Manage product sample inventory and order samples from multiple vendors as necessary Participate in sales meetings to take notes and summarize findings Manage and input pricing in ERP software Special projects as neededRequirements Technical proficiency with laptops, web-based software, smart phones Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Outlook) Self-starter with excellent time management skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player that collaborates well with others Able to calculate basic business math functions such as margin, % increase/decrease, sales vs. budget, etc.Preferrable Bachelor's degree in business or related field Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM software Construction and/or product manufacturer background Customer relations experience Experience reading construction documents (plans and specifications)What CRH Offers You Highly competitive base pay Comprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs Group retirement savings program Health and wellness programs A diverse and inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion About CRHCRH has a long and proud heritage.
